A clearer route through your files.

Before comparing

1. Use a flat table with a unique header row. Choose the correct worksheet in an XLSX file.
2. Store identifiers with leading zeros as text. Recalculate and save formula-based workbooks before exporting them.
3. Review suggested mappings on both sides. Map parent/location when the same part appears in different assemblies.
4. Check number format, currency and unit fields. The toolkit does not convert currencies or units.

Understanding the result

Duplicates and missing or invalid fields need review. A known subtotal includes only the rows described by the report. It does not establish a complete landed cost or approve an order.

Follow a BOM revision check or check supplier quote coverage for a worked procedure.

Opening an offline download

Unzip the customer package and open Parts-and-Quotes-Pro.html in a modern desktop browser. There is no installer or account required for the offline file. If a work device blocks local HTML files, follow your organization's approved process; do not bypass its security controls.

Payments and download recovery

The free trial accepts up to 25 data rows per input and does not export reports. It never silently removes extra rows. Checkout is open. After payment, keep the browser open while payment confirmation arrives. Save the private recovery receipt after confirmation, and keep your own copy of the product. A pending payment does not unlock a download. Use the support route shown at the actual checkout or on its receipt if a confirmed purchase is not delivered.
