The offer

Parts & Quotes Pro v1.0.1 is a USD 29 one-time download for use within one purchasing business. There is no subscription, online activation requirement, promise of future upgrades or guaranteed response time.

Applicable taxes and any local-currency presentation are shown at checkout before payment. The toolkit is provided by Serve under the Parts & Quotes product name. Payments use Stripe Managed Payments and are shown as Sold through Link; the merchant of record and payment terms are identified at checkout and on your receipt.

Included files and permission

The package contains the offline HTML application, CSV/XLSX examples, a start guide and use-permission notices. The included permission allows internal use on the purchasing business's own devices and internal modifications. It does not permit resale, public redistribution, sublicensing or offering the toolkit as a competing hosted service. The bundled JSZip component retains its separate MIT license.

Supported work

The toolkit compares flat parts lists and checks one supplier quotation against a required-parts list. It supports CSV, TSV, ordinary XLSX workbooks and pasted tables, with up to 10 MB, 20,000 data rows and 200 columns per input. Column mappings and interpretation options must be reviewed before relying on the output.

It does not read PDFs, perform OCR, open legacy XLS/XLSM or encrypted workbooks, calculate Excel formulas, convert currencies or units, choose suppliers or place orders. Formula cells use saved values. Identifiers with meaningful leading zeros should be stored as text before import.

Review before decisions

Reports organize mapped fields and flag issues for review. Known subtotals exclude freight, tax, tooling, minimum-order rules and commercial terms. Check the source documents before an engineering, release or purchasing decision. No particular savings, business outcome or error-free result is promised.

Delivery and refunds

Confirmed payment unlocks the private download. Pending or failed payments will not. Keep a local copy and a private recovery receipt. A full refund or an open or lost payment dispute can block further hosted downloads; previously downloaded files cannot be recalled remotely.

For payment, invoice or refund help, use Link support or the route on your receipt. Stripe may issue refunds within 60 days in certain cases; this is not an unconditional 60-day refund guarantee. Applicable consumer rights are preserved. Product and download questions can be sent to parts-and-quotes-support@googlegroups.com. Include your order identifier and a description of the problem; do not send card details, identity documents or confidential engineering files.
